In a heartfelt message, a renowned security expert, and entrepreneur, Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan, has extended his congratulations to President Bola Tinubu on the completion of his first year in office. Dr. Ogunsan praised the president’s notable achievements over the past year and expressed hope for continued progress and development under his leadership.

According to Ogunsan, President Tinubu’s administration has been marked by significant strides in various sectors, which have earned commendation both domestically and internationally. Noteworthy among these achievements is the stabilisation of the economy. Through strategic policy reforms and initiatives aimed at boosting local production and reducing dependence on imports, the Tinubu administration has laid a solid foundation for sustainable economic growth that will outlive this generation.

Issuing a statement to newsmen in his Lagos office earlier today, Ogunsan, who recently got appointed as International Peace Advocate by the United Nations Positive Livelihood Award Centre (UN-POLAC), said: “In the security sector, President Tinubu has made substantial efforts to enhance national safety and combat terrorism. Under his leadership, there has been a notable reduction in insurgent activities in the northern regions of the country. This improvement in security has been attributed to increased funding for the armed forces, better coordination among security agencies, and the introduction of advanced technology and intelligence in security operations.

“The president has also prioritised infrastructure development, leading to the completion and initiation of several key projects. These include the rehabilitation of major highways, the construction of new bridges, and the modernisation of critical transport hubs, which are expected to boost trade and ease the movement of goods and people across the country.

In his congratulatory message, Ogunsan highlighted these accomplishments and urged President Tinubu to continue his efforts in driving Nigeria towards greater prosperity. He emphasized the importance of maintaining momentum in the fight against corruption, fostering inclusive economic policies, and ensuring that the dividends of democracy reach every Nigerian.

“President Tinubu’s first year in office has been marked by commendable progress in economic stability, security enhancement, and infrastructural development. As a nation, we have witnessed the positive impact of his leadership, and I pray that he continues to build on these achievements. It is crucial that we stay united and support his administration’s vision for a better Nigeria.

“As President Tinubu embarks on his second year in office, the nation watches with optimism, hopeful that the foundations laid in the past year will translate into even greater achievements in the years to come,” he added.
