Moremi Ojudu Seeks Partnership With Ministry of Works To Promote Road Safety through Community Engagement

 Moremi Ojudu, the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Community Engagement, paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Works, Eng David Nweze, to seek a partnership with the ministry to promote road safety through community engagement.

During the visit, Ojudu discussed the importance of sensitizing people on the use of road signages and how it can contribute to reducing road accidents and promoting safer road behaviors. She also emphasized the need for a collaborative effort between the ministry and her office to implement policies and plans that will effectively engage communities in promoting road safety.

Ojudu expressed her commitment to working with the Ministry of Works to develop and implement programs that will educate and empower communities to understand the significance of road signages and adhere to road safety regulations.

Minister David Nweze welcomed the partnership proposal and commended Ojudu’s initiative in prioritizing road safety through community engagement. He assured her of the ministry’s full support in developing and implementing policies and plans that will promote the use of road signages and enhance road safety awareness in communities.

The partnership between Moremi Ojudu’s office and the Ministry of Works is expected to bring about positive changes in promoting road safety through community engagement. This collaboration signifies a significant step towards creating safer roads and reducing road accidents in the nation.
