Lalubu Phone dealers and Technicians Association, LAPTEDA on 22nd February, 2024 elected new sets of executive who are to pilot the affairs of the noble association for the next two years.
The election which which ushered in the new executive was described to be free and fair. The major posts which were Keenly contested are:
General Secretary, Treasurer, Protocol officers and Task Force ||. The winners are:
Wisdom Ogbonna (General Secretary), Babatunde Yusuf (Treasurer) Ojomo Abiodun (protocol) and Oladimeji Oyedele (Task force Officer ||)
Addressing the media, Mr Chairman-elect, Makinde Olalekan Oludare A.k.A MAKDRE expressed his satisfaction in the election process as he congratulated the Electoral committee Chairman, James Kelechi Chima on a successful election.
However, MAKDRE in his words said, โI am the chairman of all members of this noble association and I am here with a new dawn to move this great LAPTEDA to the next levelโ
He further assured of his commitment to bringing in standard shops as members of the association.
