The Chairman, Federal House of Representatives’ Committee on Rural Development in the 8th National Assembly and a leader of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun State, Hon. (Dr.) Oladipupo Adebutu has sent his condolence to His Excellency, the Governor of Oyo state, Engr. Seyi Makinde on the transition of his dear mother, Madam Omojolagbe Abigail Makinde to eternal glory on Thursday, 15th October, 2020 at the ripe age of 81.

Adebutu, in a condolence message made available to the Press on Thursday, 15th October, 2020 by his Media Consultant, Afolabi Orekoya described the departed mother of the Oyo State Governor as a very pleasant personality who lived a worthy Christian life.

Adebutu also said “Mama’s tragic transition at this crucial stage when her pool of wisdom, soothing prayers and wise counsels are mostly needed is really devastating. I encourage you, my dear brother to thank God for the grace Mama enjoyed to have attained the ripe age of 81 and then passed on gloriously”.

He also encouraged Governor Makinde and the entire Makinde Family to take solace in the fact that Mama has gone with the saints after living an impactful life. And that the legacies Mama left with them should not be thrown away.

Adebutu consequently prayed for the repose of Mama’s soul. He prayed Almighty God grants Mama eternal rest and give the family all the strength to cope with her demise.
