The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja Justice Tsoho John Terhemba has granted the request by the Peoples Democratic Party National Deputy Chairman, Elder Yemi Akinwonmi to change Justice Abubakar Shittu of the Federal High Court, Abeokuta in charge of suits number FHC/AB/CS/24/2020 and FHC/AB/CS/44/2020 due to lack of confidence in the judge and alleged bribery.
