…President of Bethsaida College of Health Technology Calls On Ogbomoso Indegenes In Dia spora

A renowned Educationist and Promoter of Health Technology, Mr. Olusola Afolabi has called on well meaning prominent indegenes and residents of Ogbomoso home and abroad to join hands with Soun of Ogbomoso Land, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Olaoye Afolabi Gandhi to develop and make Ogbomoso an ultra modern world class city.

Afolabi is the Founder and President of the popular Bethsaida College of Health Technology,Ogbomoso.

Afolabi made the call while speaking at a public function in Ogbomoso.

The former Banker said Ogbomoso Land is blessed to have a successful captain of industries,business mogul and widely travelled and exposed Entrepreneur as Monarch in the chequered history of the ancient city.

He recalled that Oba Ghandhi before and after he assumed the throne of his forebears recently reiterated his commitment to unprecedentedly develop Ogbomoso, thereby calling on well meaning indegenes and residents, especially in diaspora to team up with him by establishing industries and investing their businesses in the land, as part of efforts to create wealth and develop the city.

Afolabi stated that Oba Ghandhi has already led by example by empowering many indegenes of Ogbomoso while he’s on the verge of bringing more of his investments to the city.

Afolabi who is a member of Ogbomoso Recreation Club said it is expected of prominent sons and daughters of Ogbomosho ,as well as residents to encourage Kabiyesi by joining hands with him to invest in Ogbomoso, in order to uplift the standard of the city and make it an industrial hub and destination point for tourism.

The former Banker who after leaving the Banking industry came to Ogbomoso to establish Bethsaida College of Health Technology said he never for once regretted taking the bold step.

Afolabi said rather he’s glad and fulfilled for contributing his quota to the development of Ogbomoso.

The reputed socialite said through Bethsaida which he established in 2014 he has employed scores of indegenes and non indegenes of Ogbomoso as Academic and Non-Teaching Staff, thereby generating employment,creating wealth and boosting investment drive in the city.

Besides,Afolabi said he has contributed to the educational advancement of Ogbomoso,especially health technology of not only Ogbomoso but Southwest and Nigeria at large,given the pioneering role of Bethsaida in Oyo axis of Oyo State.

Afolabi said since he didn’t for one day burnt his finger for floating Bethsaida College of Health Technology,
he assured prominent sons and daughters of Ogbomoso that they won’t regret investing in the development of the city.

He described Ogbomoso as a fertile land to invest being a frontline transit point that connect Southwest with the North.

Besides,Afolabi informed that
Ogbomoso is the host community of many virile and vibrantly productive establishments including Ladoke University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ladoke Akintola Teaching Hospital, Ladoke Akintola College of Health Sciences ,Bethsaida College of Health Technology ,Bowen University Teaching Hospital,Baptist Seminary and Federal Polytechnic.

The easy going and unassuming Afolabi further disclosed that Ogbomoso is peaceful,accommodating and home to all,the more reason why there is large presence of other tribes,especially Hausa,Igbos,Igedes and Fulanis in the city
