Every year, The Experience has us all looking forward to the month of December as it is the one gospel concert in the world that brings together humans from various corners of the planet to converge in a night-long spirit filled atmosphere of songs of praise, worship and adoration unto God.

The musical performances of the gospel concert have always been breathtaking, it is the most anticipated and lengthiest aspect of the concert. From the soulful genuine songs of worship rendered to the jubilant vibrant shouts of praise that exclude all sorts of joyous demonstrations never seen before. All thanks to the power of music produced by the anointed gospel music artists who take charge of the audience once they mount the event stage at Tafawa Balewa Square located in the city of Lagos, Nigeria.

The Experience has been known to welcome some regular comebacks of the event as well as artists new to its stage – every year. Upcoming and aspiring gospel artists are also welcomed to bless the scenario with their music. This year being the 15th Edition of The Experience via a press release has revealed that it will definitely embrace this tradition. It’s expectant fanbase are their mind blown and have their spirits elated as the press release confirmed the reappearance of Nathaniel Bassey, Travis Greene, Tope Alabi, Don Moen, Frank Edwards, Donnie McClurkin, Chioma Jesus, Kirk Franklin, Sinach, William McDowell, Eben, Beebee and Ceecee Winnas, Glowreeyah, Midnight Crew, Ada, Nokwe the Poet, The Planetshakers, Chevelle Franklyn, Sonnie Badu, Mercy Chinwo and many more. In a recent post on its Instagram page, The Experience reported, “We’ll be shouting and jumping. We’ll be joyful and happy. A night of exhilaration is coming!” Also expected to feature at the event are Gospel icons including Bishop of the Potter’s House; Bishop TD Jakes, Lead Pastor of Lakewood Church; Joel Osteen, Co-Pastor at The Potter’s Church and Influential Personality; Sarah Jakes Roberts, Ghanian Theologian; Dr Mensa Otabil, American Evangelist; Dr Bill Winston and many more!

Expressing his gratitude for the return of this year’s event, Curator of The Experience; Pastor Paul Adefarasin of House On The Rock Church said, “I’m happy to announce that The Experience is back again. It’s bigger, better and bolder. I am elated that we are going to be worshipping the King of Glory traversing the globe in diverse tongues, towns and talents, various regions, hues and colours of skin and also, in a virtual atmosphere.” Following the safety precautions and regulations set in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s event will be held virtually on Friday, 11th of December, 2020 by 9pm (WAT) / 7pm (GMT). It will be live streamed on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube being made available to a global audience at the same time. Thus, still uniting Christian and non-Christians around the globe in an enriching service unto God via their gadgets and devices.
